Instructions for Camera Ready Submission RISM2023

Step 1: Review and revise your final manuscript

• Address all reviewers’ comments and make necessary revisions to your paper before submitting the final camera-ready version.
• Ensure that all Figures and Tables are high quality and their content is easily understandable.
• Avoid using author titles (such as “Dr.” or “Ing.”) in front of names and positions such as “Professor,” “Lecturer,” or “Scholar.”
• Update the submission information (including title, authors, abstract, etc.) to reflect the most recent version of your paper.

Step 2: Submit final Camera-Ready paper through EasyChair (using the “author role”)

“The deadline for submitting the Camera-Ready papers is January 20, 2023. To submit your final Camera-Ready paper through EasyChair using the “author role,” please follow these steps:

1. Please prepare your Camera-Ready document according to the RISM2023 Camera-Ready template. To download templates, pleas click here.
2. Log in to EasyChair and select the “author role.”
3. From the “My Submissions” tab of your EasyChair account, click on the title of your submission.
4. On the right-hand menu of your EasyChair account, click “Update file.”
5. Upload your prepared Camera-Ready document and click “Submit.”

Step 3. Registration

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference by June 20, 2023. For more information about registration, please visit the following link: https://manoa.hawaii.edu/rism/registration/.

All accepted manuscripts for oral presentation will be published in the RISM2023 proceedings, published by Luminous Insights. 

Benefits of Publication in RIMS2023 Proceedings: 

• Your manuscript will be included in the RISM2023 Proceedings which will be published online.
• Each paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF.
• Each manuscript will be separately indexed by Search Engines such as Google Scholar.
