Instructions for Camera Ready Submission RISM2025

Step 1: Review and revise your final manuscript

• Address all reviewers’ comments and make necessary revisions to your paper before submitting the final camera-ready version.
• Ensure that all Figures and Tables are high quality and their content is easily understandable.
• Avoid using author titles (such as “Dr.” or “Ing.”) in front of names and positions such as “Professor,” “Lecturer,” or “Scholar.”
• Update the submission information (including title, authors, abstract, etc.) to reflect the most recent version of your paper.

Step 2: Submit final Camera-Ready paper through EasyChair (using the “author role”)

1. Please prepare your Camera-Ready document according to the RISM2023 Camera-Ready template. To download templates, pleas click here.
2. Log in to EasyChair and select the “author role.”
3. From the “My Submissions” tab of your EasyChair account, click on the title of your submission.
4. On the right-hand menu of your EasyChair account, click “Update file.”
5. Upload your prepared Camera-Ready document and click “Submit.”

Step 3. Registration

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference by [TBD]. For more information about registration, please visit the following link:[Will be given soon]

The abstracts and extended abstracts for all accepted manuscripts for oral presentation will be published in the RISM2025 proceedings in the Business Research Proceedings (ISSN: 2993-0049) by Luminous Insights Publishing House.

• Your manuscript will be included in the RISM2025 Proceedings, which will be published online.
• Each paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CrossRef.
• Each manuscript will be separately indexed by search engines such as Google Scholar.
• The RISM2025 Proceedings will be deposited with Portico to ensure the lifelong availability of your manuscript online.
